Ankur Goel, MD

Dr. Goel specializes in Colon and Rectal Surgery and treats conditions such as colon and rectal cancer, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, hemorrhoids, anal fissures and fistulas. He also performs procedures such as screening and diagnostic colonoscopies. He is Board Certified in Colon and Rectal Surgery, as well as General Surgery.

Dr. Goel has been part of the Colon and Rectal Surgery team at Piedmont Augusta for over three years.

In his spare time, Dr Goel enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
