Dr. Kong explained my situation clearly and succinctly, providing recommendations showing very good judgement, explaining the basis for those. Dr. Kong responded to my questions with empathy and knowledgeable explanations, incorporating my preferences into the care plan explaining his reasons for agreeing, and completely satisfying my concerns.
