Susie Liu, MD

Susie Liu, MD, is a Stanford-trained, board-certified gastroenterologist. She uses a combination of evidence-based medicine, advanced technology and compassion to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

Dr. Liu has extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing adult gastroenterology and hepatology conditions. Some of her services include upper endoscopy with esophageal pH monitoring for acid reflux and ulcer conditions, liver scans for hepatitis and other chronic liver diseases, and advanced colonoscopy polyp resection techniques for colon cancer screening.

A passionate advocate for preventive care, Dr. Liu emphasizes the vital connection between nutrition, lifestyle and digestive health. She educates patients on the importance of early detection and routine cancer screenings, explaining, "Many gastrointestinal and liver cancers are preventable and highly treatable when detected early."
