Ada is awesome!!!

I've been struggling for awhile now and I feel that my care team has helped me 100% as the medical anchor I needed to turn things around and better help myself. I haven't had great care at other places but El Camino with RN Aida has been fantastic since my start with Dr Kwok.

Aida is the best PCP I have had. Addressed all concerns in a comprehensive manner and she actually cares .

The nurse practitioner answered my diagnosis questions and explained my current medical condition in a clear and supportive manner. She discussed my care options and helped me understand the decisions I needed to make regarding treatment. During the visit, she provided detailed explanations that helped me feel more informed and prepared. She also spent a meaningful amount of time with me to ensure all my concerns were addressed. Overall, her guidance contributed to a thorough and reassuring medical experience.

My care provider was very helpful in everything I would highly suggest. She was very nice, understanding, and empathetic.

Aida spent a very long tome with me. I felt bad about it. She took care of every one of my transfer of care needs. I was extremely pleased especially considering I came from another organization that I received care for several years. She made sure all my concerned addressed. She consulted with colleagues as needed. I appreciated her very much and I am looking forward to having her as part of my new care team

Ida followed up with a phone call that afternoon to make sure my medication went through correctly. She's the best!

Aida spent quite a bit of time during the call discussing my concerns and options. She asked that I send a message after a few days assessing the efficacy of the treatment. After sending the message, I got a follow-up phone call from Aida at the end of the day.
